Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached to the clothing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned fashion items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
